What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply visit our returns portal to start your process and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At b.box, we prioritize ethics. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton or recycled polyester, and we are working toward 100% sustainable materials by next year.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly, you have a 60-minute window after placement to cancel or modify your order. After that, we are unable to make changes as the package is likely already in transit.
